Halloween
Halloween, October 31th, was a day before New Year in Celtic Ireland, France and United Kingdom. Also, it is connected to good bye to summer, welcoming winter and remembering to dead. One of Halloween customs. trick-or-treating seems to originated 9th centuty European custom which is called as souling. At that time, on November 2, early christmas was spread out as 'soul cakes'. The event was that they mede a square bread with currants. The soul cakes were received and they promised to say on behalf of the dead.
